Description

The  City of Pasig, through its Honorable Mayor Robert "Bobby" Eusebio,  commissioned TAM Planners  Co.  to   prepare  the  Comprehensive  Land   &  Water  Use   Plan  (CLWUP)  and   the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP).

With a total land area of 3,100 has., Pasig is currently experiencing  transformation for a primarily industrial city to a largely medium-density  residential and mixed-use city.   Due  to its strategic location within Metro-Manilla, the large industrial plots  have become very popular to the country's leading developers as they  introduce Planned Unit Developments (PUD) and other mixed-use developments in  these former industrial sites.

Description of Services provided

TAM  Planners assembled a multi-disciplinary team of sectoral experts to formulate  the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP), Local Development Investment Plan  (LDIP) and the Executive Legislative Agenda (ELA).   For the Comprehensive  Land   and  Water  Use   Plan  (CLW UP),  a   team  of  physical planning and zoning experts helped  formulae the Land & W ater Use Plan and its accompanying Zoning Ordinance  (ZO) and Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR) and Development  Guidelines (DG) & Design/Planning Guidance (DPG).

TAM conducted barangy surveys, workshop, etc. to ensure the consultative  and participative approach to planning. Multiple meetings with the Technical  Working Group (TW G) and officials of the City were also organized.
