In 2022, TAM Planners Company was again given the opportunity to update mandated local plans for the City Government of Pasay.The City Government required technical services to assist in the updating of its Comprehensive Land and Water Use Plan (CLWUP) for the period 2023-2034, the City Zoning Ordinance (ZO), the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for 2023-2028 and Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) for 2023-2025. The project included several other tasks such as the updating of the city ecological profile and sectoral studies as inputs to plan formulation.
The city adapted an East-West or Eco Bayside to Creekside Spatial Development Framework that preserves the division of the city into seven historically based management districts and adopts a network of growth nodes and corridors within said districts. Aside from being a primary gateway, Pasay seeks to be recognized as a center for business, services and tourism with vibrant neighborhoods, safe and secure communities and highly livable characterized by access to services,decent housing and open spaces.
