TAM Assists in Preparation of Metropolitan Manila Regional Physical Framework Plan

The entrance conference and kickoff meeting for the crafting of the Metropolitan Manila Regional Physical Framework Plan (MMRPFP) 2025-2040 was held last 20 January 2025 at the Pasig office of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority. Tomeldan, Alli & Molina (T.A.M.) Planners Co., in joint venture with RSDPI and Woodfields Consultants,Inc. serve as the consultants for the project.

The Metro Manila Regional Physical Framework Plan (MMRPFP) 2025-2040 is a long-term physical development framework for Metro Manila which serves as comprehensive guide for urban growth and spatial development covering settlements, production, protection and infrastructure areas.

In attendance at the entrance conference are representatives from the 17 LGUs of the National Capital Region (NCR) as well as representatives from key national government agencies (NGAs).
